  Contact our support team within 100 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large items like mattresses and frames, we will coordinate with a local removal partner to schedule a convenient time to pick up the item from your home.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is in good condition and free of stains; while original packaging is preferred for accessories, our removal partners will handle the heavy lifting for furniture.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is confirmed as collected or received at our warehouse, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
